Michael M. Hadeed, Jr., is the senior partner of the Firm. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech as well as a Doctor of Law from the George Mason University School of Law. Mr. Hadeed has a broad legal background encompassing over twenty five years of experience in practicing law including civil, criminal, immigration and commercial law. His clientele come from a diverse and multi-cultural background from countries spanning the globe; he represents individuals and commercial clients including, but not limited to, government entities, school systems, hotels, restaurants and construction companies.
Mr. Hadeed divides his time between supervising the law firm, emphasizing the ideals of teamwork and commitment to high quality service to his clients and zealously representing them as counsel in Court. Mr. Hadeed is a highly experienced litigator, and has successfully argued numerous cases before the Virginia Courts, U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. His high rate of success in the courtroom is attributed to his excellent public speaking and negotiation skills, combined with his expertise in the field of law, and numerous years of experience as a litigation attorney.
Mr. Hadeed also enjoys Community Service, serving on Alexandria's Potomac Yards Master Plan Task Force, Commercial Revitalization Task Force, Founding President of Potomac West Business Association and involvement in the Alexandria Lion's Club, which assists sight and hearing impaired persons.
Marcella Donovan Hadeed is a partner at Hadeed Law Group, P.C. Mrs. Hadeed joined her husband, Michael Hadeed Jr., in January of 2014 in the formation of the firm. She is returning to the practice of law after taking time off to raise the Hadeed's six children. A native of Washington State, she earned her B.A. from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. She earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon.
Mrs. Hadeed is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Her practice niches include family law and landlord-tenant law. The wisdom and perspective gained from 30 years of married and family life are assets unique to the attorney's representation of clients.
